The Small Business Development Act of 1999 added small businesses owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans to the categories of small businesses for which federal agencies develop contract goals. The act is designed to serve the veteran entrepreneur by formulating, executing, and promoting policies and programs that assist veterans seeking to start and develop small businesses. The purpose of this act is to provide additional, technical, financial, and procurement assistance to veteran-owned small businesses, to expand existing assistance programs and to establish new ones for veterans who own or operate small businesses.

Teracore is a supplier under the General Services Administration (GSA) Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Contract Number: GS-10F-0083T under the Federal Supply Schedule program. Through this flexible contract vehicle, Federal Agencies can procure a full range of management, organizational and business improvement consulting services. Teracore's contract was awarded on December 15, 2006 and expires on December 14, 2011.

IDIQ CONTRACTS

Navy Seaport-e

SeaPort-e provides a faster, better, and more cost-effective means of contracting for professional support services. SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) has simplified electronic procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized means of issuing competitive solicitations amongst a large and diverse community of approved contractors, as well as a platform for awarding and managing performance-based task orders.

USTRANSCOM A&AS

The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) IDIQ Contract supports the USTRANSCOM mission: "Direct and supervise execution of the strategic distribution system providing air, land and sea transportation for the Department of Defense, both in time of peace and time of war". Teracore provides professional services in the areas of Functional Support, Training Support, Continuous Process Improvement Support, Change Management, Exercise Support, Knowledge Management (KM) Construct and Collaboration, Analysis, Program Management Support, Enterprise Architecture Support, Portfolio Management Support, and Strategic Planning.

GSA - Alliant

The scope of the Alliant GWAC includes any and all components of an integrated Information Technology (IT) solution, including all current and any new technologies which may emerge during the life cycle of the Contract and IT systems and services in support of National Security Systems, as defined in FAR 39.002. The Contract provides IT solutions through performance of a broad range of services which may include the integration of various technologies critical to the services being acquired. As the definition of IT changes over the life cycle of the Alliant Contract, the scope will be considered to coincide with the current definition at any given time.

USAir Force - NETCENTS

The Air Force Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) contract provides Air Force, Department of Defense and other Federal Agencies a primary source of networking equipment/product supply and a means of system engineering, installation, integration, operations, and maintenance for a family of Department of Defense (DoD) adopted commercially standardized networking solutions that are interoperable with Air Force, Joint, and DoD Standardized Networking Technical Architectures.
