Mr. Perez is an industry expert on managing large-scale, complex enterprise-level business and IT initiatives. Although he began his career in technology, he is an entrepreneur at heart and realizes that the best definition of success in consulting is a client who trusts you enough to ask you to become a key member of the organization. He has used this philosophy successfully in consulting and in building organizations and business. Mr. Perez has 20 years experience in business and technology consulting. Prior to his civilian career he served 8 years as a Command and Control Systems officer in the US Air Force. Mr. Perez holds and BS from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from Boston University.

Mr. Hangartner is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Teracore. Mr. Hangartner has over 18 years experience in the management and delivery of business performance improvement engagements focused on operations, IT delivery, and planning/governance-based business processes. Mr. Hangartner has worked extensively within the Federal Government Sector (DoD) and the Technology Services, Financial Services and Telecommunications industries. He has driven numerous performance improvement campaigns covering a variety of approaches such as business process engineering, continuous improvement and Total Quality Management (TQM), and enterprise-wide process redesign & standardization. Mr. Hangartner has a BS in Aerospace and Ocean Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Mr. Kendrick has over 20 years of senior-level experience in sales, business development, and operations management for both large and small telecommunications and technology services companies. He has successfully built sales organizations in commercial industry, as well as for companies selling into the Federal, state and local government markets. His intimate knowledge of the government sales process, as well as delivery and operations makes him exceptionally well-suited to managing the broad range of issues facing a rapidly growing small business such as Teracore. Mr. Kendrick has his BS from Virginia Tech in Marketing Management and his MBA from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

Mr. Cambareri is a highly qualified professional with over 20 years of experience delivering full software development life cycle solutions in support of large-scale business transformation. Mr. Cambareri has worked with large Federal Government Agencies and Fortune 100 clients in the U.S. and Europe. He has extensive consulting experience providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in support of IT strategy, Quality Assurance (QA) planning and risk management, as well as Program Management Office (PMO) services. Mr. Cambareri has developed broad and deep skills in technical architecture design, requirements analysis, technical design, system implementation, and IT best practices. Mr. Cambareri has an MBA from Duke University, an MS in Geophysics from North Carolina State and a BS in Physical Sciences from Western Carolina.

Mr. Gibbons has provided management consulting and technology services to Fortune 500 organizations and the public sector for the past 25 years. He has extensive experience in devising business and technology strategies, creating business plans for start-ups, and identifying operational improvements his clients could implement in their IT organizations. Mr. Gibbons obtained a BA in Computer Science from the University of Texas and an MBA from Tulane University.

Mr. Kraus has over 35 years experience in managing large, complex professional services engagements in both the public and private sectors in North America, Asia, and Australia. Mr. Kraus thoroughly understands how to translate changes in business strategy into improvements in business execution. Mr. Kraus served in the USAF for 10 years. He has an MBA in Management from Central Michigan University and a BS in Accounting from the University of South Carolina. Currently, Mr. Kraus leads Teracore’s consulting efforts in the Chicago, Ill office.
