Mr. Perez is an industry expert on managing large-scale, complex enterprise-level business and IT initiatives. Although he began his career in technology, he is an entrepreneur at heart and realizes that the best definition of success in consulting is a client who trusts you enough to ask you to become a key member of the organization. He has used this philosophy successfully in consulting and in building organizations and business. Mr. Perez has 20 years experience in business and technology consulting. Prior to his civilian career he served 8 years as a Command and Control Systems officer in the US Air Force. Mr. Perez holds and BS from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from Boston University.

Mr. Hangartner is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Teracore. Mr. Hangartner has over 18 years experience in the management and delivery of business performance improvement engagements focused on operations, IT delivery, and planning/governance-based business processes. Mr. Hangartner has worked extensively within the Federal Government Sector (DoD) and the Technology Services, Financial Services and Telecommunications industries. He has driven numerous performance improvement campaigns covering a variety of approaches such as business process engineering, continuous improvement and Total Quality Management (TQM), and enterprise-wide process redesign & standardization. Mr. Hangartner has a BS in Aerospace and Ocean Engineering from Virginia Tech.
