Senior VP, Client Service Operations
George Freeman brings more than 28 years of operational and leadership experience in delivering strategic business and technology consulting services to both the private sector and federal government organizations. George is responsible for leading the service operations across the Federal government agencies, primarily the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense.
Prior to joining Teracore in 2006, George was a Program Manager with GE Transportation Systems, leading the integration and growth of intelligent rail transportation command and control systems worldwide. As a business unit manager, he was also responsible for ensuring that marketing, sales, manufacturing, and engineering client services operations were efficient and effective. George is a 21 year veteran of the United States Air Force, where he led and managed technical teams of up to 100+ providing computer engineering services and for programs as large as $2.1B. His experience includes intelligence operations, cyber security, NASA and Air Force Space Launch Systems, fighter and missile system analysis, and program acquisition and contract management support.
George holds a BS in Computer Science from University of Maryland and an MS in Computer Science, Telecommunications, from the Johns Hopkins University, Whiting School of Engineering.
