Luis Perez, founder of Teracore, Inc, has 27 years of leadership and senior management experience including serving as an Officer in the United States Air Force. His expertise includes implementing and managing complex, enterprise-level business and technology initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. His vision is to help Federal clients gain efficiencies by leveraging commercial best practices and emerging technologies.​

Although he began his career with technology in the military, he successfully transitioned his skills and experience to help both government and private-sector organizations resolve business operations and technology challenges alike.
