CEO & Founder

Luis Perez, founder of Teracore, Inc, has 35+ years of leadership and senior management experience including serving as an Officer in the United States Air Force. His expertise includes developing strategy, implementing, and managing complex, enterprise-level business and technology initiatives for Fortune 50 companies and Federal agencies. His vision is to continue to help Federal customers gain efficiencies by leveraging innovation, commercial best practices, organizational performance and emerging technologies.​

Although he began his career with technology in the military, he successfully transitioned his skills and experience to help both government and private-sector organizations resolve business operations and technology challenges alike. His philosophy has always been to enable mission success for Teracore’s customers by delivering the same high caliber – and quality – services that he has provided to Fortune 50 companies over the years. 

Luis is passionate about serving this nation, and aligning Teracore with federal agencies, and commercial partners that protect and serve our country.
