SDVOSB adds years of Talent Management experience in new Executive Team hire.
Feb. 25, 2021 – Teracore is proud to announce that Jo Weech has joined Teracore as the new Head of Talent. Jo brings with her years of experience assisting start-ups, non-profits, and federal contractors to optimize both HR and talent acquisition within their organizations.
In her new role at Teracore, Jo will execute on managing the hiring process, supporting the federal government’s DHS, DOD, and other agency missions, and influencing employee career pathing and engagement. Teracore is very excited to share in this next chapter of Jo’s career as a proven and accomplished Talent Executive.
Jo is an award-winning HR and Talent Management professional who shares her expertise with industry colleagues at national and international conferences. The SFL-TAP program regularly features her workshops for transitioning military and veterans. In George Mason University’s College to Career Course, Jo is a mandatory guest lecturer each semester. She is currently partnering with Cybersecurity Workforce Alliance to serve DC area HBCUs in their internship programs. Additionally, she serves in the National Institute for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Advisory Group to modernize talent management. She also logs many volunteer hours coaching job seekers in multiple organizations, to include the Foreign Service Institute (State Department). Jo has been interviewed on SiriusXM’s Urban View, by the Wall Street Journal, and in HR and Recruiting webinars and podcasts. Her passion for sharing her expertise in the field of talent management is unmatched.
