Meet Our Leadership

Terry Corbin is a dynamic professional with more than 35 years of commercial, federal, and military demonstrated success in program management, DoD Comptroller Financial Operations, and financial and acquisitions system modernization programs…” an DoD and other federal departments and agencies. Terry is responsible for leading and managing programs across federal government agencies, including DHS and DoD, and he leads Teracore’s Federal Government Financial Management Solutions. 
 
Prior to joining Teracore, Mr. Corbin supported both large and small companies and was a small business owner himself. He’s held multiple senior executive positions, including CEO, CFO, and Lead Client Executive, and served as the principle strategic advisor to senior leaders in both government and commercial environments. He managed the U.S. Army requirements and functional portion of a billion-dollar DoD for business transformation initiative and served as the Program Manager for a large DHS Human Capital Business Transformation initiative. 
 
Terry is a retired U.S. Army veteran and served as Senior Division Advisor, Deputy Comptroller, Senior Advisor Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS), Chief of Military Pay Operations, Chief Treasury Finance Disbursing Officer, and Senior Program Budget Officer. He has certifications in Program, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and acquisition life cycle management, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Defense Financial Manager with Acquisition Specialty (CDFM-A).  
 
Terry holds an MS in Management and Human Resources from Troy State University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Management and Information Technology. He is affiliated with the Project Management Institute (PMI), American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC), The Association of the United States Army, and other professional organizations.
