Tim Zeller

Chief Operating Officer

Tim Zeller is an attorney and an evidence-based, results-oriented professional with diverse leadership background in government, government contracting, and non-profit
organizations. He has deep experience in healthcare; higher education; and local, state and federal government. Tim’s leadership positions include serving as CEO, Director of Labor Relations, Director of Risk Management and Legal Affairs, Senior Consultant, and Director of Strategic Solutions. 
 
Tim is a thought leader in quality improvement and performance innovation and has helped dozens of federal contractors to achieve their quality and process goals. He also is a coach and trainer in agile development. He is an expert in CMMI and ISO standards and a Certified Scrum Master. 
 
Tim holds a BA in Management from University of Illinois and a Juris Doctor from the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.
